Meet Rachel
Founder of River Bear Yoga
I’m Rachel Savage, a yoga and drama teacher, actor and writer with over 20 years’ experience working with children.
I created River Bear Yoga to help primary schools nurture confidence, creativity and calm through movement, play and mindfulness.
As a mother, I’ve seen how simple breathing and self-regulation techniques can transform a child’s day — and I’m passionate about sharing those tools with schools.
